His company QI, is also constructing QI city, which is expected to cost about $300 million. It shall include retail spaces, hospital, accommodation and will also serve as the company’s new headquarters.
Recently, Vijay Eswaran was featured as one of the speakers in the Concordia Summit. The main objective of the event was to discuss the impact of investment. During the Summit, Vijay Eswaran spoke about the important role that women entrepreneurs are playing in markets of East Asia and India. He also talked on the critical role of education in entrepreneurship and the way it has been lacking in many Asian countries. He mentioned that it is for this reason he built the Quest University, which is transforming the lives of many people
He was also a speaker on gender parity during the World Economic Forum. The forum was attended by many leaders of government, and top business people from 70 countries. Vijay Eswaran discussed the importance of closing the existing gender gaps in both the traditional and non-traditional roles.
