Sam Boraie Improves New Brunswick Through Business and Charity

He is a dedicated businessman and philanthropist who have helped to revitalize New Brunswick with new real estate projects.

One of Boraie Development’s endeavors has been The Aspire, which is a 238 unit apartment building near the New Brunswick Train Station. One Spring Street is another project that has been completed which includes 400,000 square feet of space in a more upscale setting with such amenities as a health club and usable deck space on the roof.

In addition to New Brunswick Boraie has branched out and also completed projects in Atlantic City and Newark. One is called The Beach at South Inlet in Atlantic City which has 250 residential units close to the Boardwalk. Another is Albany St. Plaza in Newark which is located in the downtown area and has a quarter of a million square feet of office space.

Not content to stop after achieving major success, a future project in the works for Boraie Development is The Estates at Waverly Place in Montgomery, NJ. This is another high-end project which will result in the building of at least seven custom homes.

In addition to spending many years helping to build his family’s business and countless hours of hard work, Sam Boraie likes to give back to his community. He is actively involved in charity work and is an advisory board member for Elijah’s Promise. Elijah’s Promise is a non-profit organization that provides free meals to the disenfranchised members of the central New Jersey community. Each year they serve over 100,000 meals and they have been in operation since 1989.

They also offer training for the homeless and those with low incomes in the food services industry through their culinary school. This empowers them with the ability to earn for them by providing the needy with an in-demand skill. The organization also helps connect the poor in the area with the social services that they need.

Sam Boraie helps to oversee this organization and has been a prominent contributor to their program over the years. The values of Elijah’s Promise line up with his own on many levels.   1. Charities and philanthropy is the means to share the experience that we have and I think in the end people can see that is how to reach out to everyone. In this view, has the means to communicate with the whole community about the success that they have with new technologies. Having success in real estate is really a dream for so many who find it hard to attain their success but the best is to inspire them.
